developing cutting-edge devices for optical communications. We
are about to launch our first product based on a novel electro-optic modulator. We enable customers to send data with
unprecedented speed and quality. The modulators are used in
research and industry.

Your job includes

Carrying out consistent, high-precision production process to meet timely delivery of products
Working in the clean room
Running quality control processes and measurements
Assessing results, update technical documentation, handling and storing process data about the production work
Collaborating with R&D team
Optimizing and developing manufacturing process
As an ideal candidate you have
-
Technical education, apprenticeship as process technician, physics/chemical laboratory assistant, or similar
Hands-on experience in a small-scale / prototyping micro-/nano-fabrication production line and working in a lab/ cleanroom environment
Good technical understanding and hands-on self-starter mentality
Attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Methodical and precise working attitude
